For convenience and understanding, it is aligned in accordance with the clauses of this standard’s requirement appropriately. Quality is the totality of features and characteristics of a product or service that bear on its ability to satisfy a defined requirement.
The features or characteristics of a product to meet customer’s requirements are developed through multiple stages of processes associated with the customer’s service. Therefore, quality is the outcome of precise planning and rendering services under appropriate care to meet customer expectations, on all counts, as far as practicable.
At PARCO, the management and the staff work hand in hand to optimize performance through proper execution of processes involved in supply and prevention of any damage at all stages to ensure economical, efficient and effective functioning of Parco. This adds to the competitiveness of PARCO supplied products and associated quality of services to establish them as suppliers of choice for customers in India and spreading across the globe.
